Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (if provided), and the details of your purchase. If you contact us, we keep a record of your message and our reply. When you browse the site, we automatically collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, IP address, and the pages you visit. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and your card information goes directly to them.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and ship your order, send order confirmations and tracking updates, respond to your questions, handle replacements or refunds, prevent fraud, understand how visitors use our site, and show you relevant ads on other platforms. If you sign up for our emails, we'll also send you news about new designs and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with the companies that help us run the store, and only what they need to do their job. Printful receives your name, shipping address, and order details so they can print and ship your items. Stripe processes your payment. Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors find and use our site. Meta Pixel helps us measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and show ads to people who have visited our site. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it with anyone for their own unrelated purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies and tracking
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. We also use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, which place their own cookies to measure site traffic and ad performance. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and you can manage how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle any issues, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Children's privacy
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.
