Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service apply to your use of melaviews.com and any purchase you make from Melaviews, which is operated by Melaviews LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using our site
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information when you check out, including your name, email, and shipping address. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to try to access parts of it you aren't authorized to use.
Our products
Every item is printed on demand after you order it. We do our best to show colors and designs accurately, but what you see on screen may look slightly different in person depending on your device and the printing process. Small variations in print placement and color are normal and are not considered defects. Sizing information is listed on each product page, so please check it before ordering.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If we list a product at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders and cancellations
Placing an order is an offer to buy, and we may accept or decline it for any reason, including suspected fraud or an error in the listing. Because production starts quickly, we can only cancel or change an order if it hasn't gone into production yet. If you need to make a change, email support@melaviews.com as soon as possible and we'll do what we can.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Delivery times, shipping costs, and our policy for damaged, misprinted, or lost orders are explained on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color.
Our designs and content
All designs, artwork, logos, photos, and text on this site belong to Melaviews LLC or are used with permission, and they're protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use any of our designs or content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Buying a product gives you ownership of that item, not the rights to the design on it.
Disclaimers
Our site and products are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no promises beyond what is stated in these terms and on our product pages, and we don't guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Melaviews LLC will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the site or our products. Our total responsibility for any claim related to an order will not be more than the amount you paid for that order.
Indemnification
If you break these terms or misuse the site, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the costs and damages that result, including reasonable legal fees.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to these terms or your purchase will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. The version posted when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
